On the Tuesday 20th August I delivered all of the exhibition pieces to the Gallery, Gateshead Central Library. The gallery space was almost empty, apart from a couple of tables, awaiting its new resident. With the addition of some beautiful cottage garden flowers, the gallery was ready for the preview and visitors. Wednesday, 17 July 2013. On Northern Soil - new exhibition. I am inspired by plants and natural forms, as a gardener and a printmaker - from their colour and the detail of their structure to the visual impact they have on their surroundings. The garden, therefore, is one of my key subjects, but colour, structure and pattern in landscape draws my attention too. Click on this link for location map.

Should we pay more for commercially raised organics at the grocers and big box stores? No, not in my opinion.

I hope you enjoy this as much as I do . We all have the need to feel special. People do see me as sweet and innocent. Not to say that I am not those things. But I have other sides to me. A lot of times I felt so alone. But I also thought there has to be other people that have experienced either what I have, or close to it.
